In an effort to highlight employees and offer a glimpse into the day in the life at AB, we created a recruitment campaign aimed at unpacking what it really means to be a brewer. We told real stories from employees to inspire the next generation of eager employees going into an industry that is constantly growing and transforming.

From designing an experiential booth at SXSW, to developing a social framework for new recruits, we created a link that helped an established great meet the next generation of working professionals.
